What do we grow on the Farm?

When does the Mix Box program run?
>>> This season, we are stretching our Program to 26 weeks from early May to late October.
What happens if you're away one week?
>>> If you already know you are going to be away one of the weeks of the program, you can let us know prior to your subscription and we will adjust the price for you. During the season, if you happen to be away one of the weeks of the program, you can let us know a week in advance and arrange a different pick-up day at the Farm, double up your box another week or gift it to someone who lives in our delivery area or who can come pick-it up for you.
What are the pick-up options?
>>> You can choose to pick-up your box every week at the Farm in Cawston or at our drop off point in Penticton (usually the Penticton Farmer's Market). We might be able to organize other pick-up points depending on the interest. We offer a great discount for people willing to become a pick-up point. If that's something you would be interested in, we encourage you to contact us.
What are the delivery options?
>>> We currently deliver to: Cawston, Keremeos, Twin Lakes, Kaleden and Penticton.
Can't or don't want to eat something?
>>> At subscription you will find a space where you can simply let us know a fruit or vegetable you don't want in your box. Once notified, we would gladly substitute it for something different.
What is the Farmer's selection?
>>> Traditionally, weekly contents of Mix Boxes are decided by the Farmer. Every weeks, we fill up the boxes with the BEST of the farm production, such as early crops or small batches not available to our regular customers. The Mix Box is mainly filled with vegetables but we also aim to give you one kind of herb and one kind of fruit when in season. If you wish to choose the contents of your own box, we invite you to have a look at our Prepaid Cards option in our Online Store. Like a Mix Box subscription, a Prepaid card offers great savings with added flexibility.
How does the referral program work?
>>> Help us spread the word by referring friends or family members. To thank you, both parties will get a $25 gift certificate to spend on our online store for every full season share subscriptions. Once you have subscribed, contact us to let us know the name of the person you wish to refer. Once the referred subscribes in turn, a $25 gift certificate will be sent to both of you. You can refer as many members as you want (in the limit of available spots) and receive a $25 certificate for each referral.
What if I want to add something to my Box?
>>> All Mix Box Members get 10% off all of our online store items for any additions to their Box. Every week, you will receive an email with the expected contents of the Box. If you wish to add something specific to your Box, you can visit our online store and make an order before the weekly deadline.
